19-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed Friday
California Personal Injury Attorney- The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department has reported Brian Gardner, 19, of San Marcos, was killed Friday when his motorcycle collided with a minivan on Rock Springs Road in San Marcos. The accident happened just before 2 p.m. Friday. The minivan was stopped in the eastbound lane of Rock Springs Road to make a left turn into Woodland Park Middle School. Gardner was apparently unable to stop his 2003 Yamaha R6 motorcycle and collided into the rear of the minivan, driven by Patricia Ojeada, also 19, of San Marcos. Bystanders called 911, and Gardner was taken to Palomar Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 2:30 p.m. Ojeda was not injured in the crash. The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the San Marcos motorcycle accident.
