19-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed Friday

California Personal Injury Attorney- The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department has reported Brian Gardner, 19, of San Marcos, was killed Friday when his motorcycle collided with a minivan on Rock Springs Road in San Marcos. The accident happened just before 2 p.m. Friday. The minivan was stopped in the eastbound lane of Rock Springs Road to make a left turn into Woodland Park Middle School. Bystanders called 911, and Gardner was taken to Palomar Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 2:30 p.m. Ojeda was not injured in the crash. The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the San Marcos motorcycle accident.
